Woodlands Forest Epping 5002 is a golden oak with a distinctive olive-green cast running through the grain — warmer than a straight oak, cooler than a honey tone. Named after Epping Forest in Essex.
Commercial-grade at an entry price
Woodlands Forest is rated Class 33/42 — heavy commercial and general light industrial, the same durability classification carried by ranges costing twice as much. On a 2.5mm gauge with a 0.55mm wear layer this is a genuine full-thickness LVT, not a thin budget vinyl. The R10 slip rating is a step above the R9 typical of domestic LVT, which suits kitchens, utility rooms and commercial entrances.

Installation
