Free Monster Plush: Terms

While this promotion runs, we include one free Flooring Monster plush toy (the "Monster") with every qualifying order placed on flooringmonster.com or with our sales team.

An order qualifies when it includes at least one full, unopened pack of flooring, sold as a flooring product on our website (for example glue-down LVT, click flooring, herringbone or parquet).

These do not qualify on their own, even when bought in the same order as each other:

• free or paid samples;
• accessories, including adhesives, spreaders, tools, underlay, trims, design strips and feature strips;
• floor care, cleaning and maintenance products;
• part packs, cut pieces, offcuts and anything sold by the piece rather than the pack;
• gift cards and vouchers;
• delivery charges and services.

If your order includes at least one full pack of flooring, it qualifies, whatever else is in it.

There is one Monster per qualifying order, however much flooring the order contains. Where several orders are placed for the same delivery address within 7 days, we may treat them as one order and send one Monster.

Monsters are chosen at random. We cannot take requests, swap a Monster for a different character, or send a particular one.

The characters, colours and designs shown on our website are examples only. The Monster you receive may be a different character, a new character not yet shown on the website, or a different colour, size or design from the images you have seen. We may change the characters in the range at any time. Any rarity labels on our website (such as Common, Uncommon or Rare) describe how often we expect each character to be sent; they are not a promise that any character will or will not be sent.

We normally pack your Monster with your flooring. Because the Monsters are popular, yours may be sent separately and at a later date, for example if we are waiting for new stock. There is no extra charge for this, and we will never hold back your flooring to wait for a Monster.

If we run out of Monsters, we may send a different plush toy of similar value instead, send yours later, or, if neither is possible, end the offer as described in section 8.

The Monster is a free gift. It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and does not change the price of your order.

If you return some or all of your flooring, you are welcome to keep the Monster; you do not need to send it back, and we will not deduct anything for it. If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, the Monster is not sent.

If your Monster arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery through our contact page and we will replace it where we can.

That's fine. Remove the Monster from your basket before checkout, or tell our sales team when you order, and we won't send one.

We may change, pause or end this offer at any time without notice, including if stock runs out. Orders placed before a change will be honoured under the terms that applied when the order was placed, subject to section 5.

The Monster is a soft toy. Please read the label on the toy for age guidance and care instructions before giving it to a child, remove all packaging and tags first, and supervise young children when they play with it.

These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for the flooring you buy.
