Delivery expectations
All delivery dates given are approximate. Flooring Monster is not liable for fitter costs or project delays.
Change-of-mind fee
A standard 15% restocking fee is applied to all approved returns to cover manufacturer return charges.
Damages reporting
Any shortages, damages, or errors must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence.
Product eligibility
We only accept returns on completely unopened, factory-sealed boxes. Individual opened packs cannot be returned.
1. Product Suitability & Wastage
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the product ordered is suitable for their specific installation environment. We highly recommend calculating a 10% wastage allowance for standard flooring layouts, and a 15% wastage allowance for herringbone or complex layouts to ensure you have enough materials from the same production batch.
2. Installation & Accessory Guidance
For all Glue-Down LVT products (non-SPC), the use of specialised high-temperature adhesive is mandatory to secure the warranty. We recommend UZIN KE 49 HT High Temperature Adhesive (6kg for ~30m² at £79.99, or 14kg for ~70m² at £149.99). For Amtico products, you must use Amtico International HT Extra Adhesive to maintain warranty compliance. SPC products feature a click-lock system and do not require adhesive.
3. Order Cancellations & Processing
Standard stock orders may be cancelled at no cost before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled; the customer must receive the delivery and arrange a trackable return at their own cost. Special-ordered products (Amtico, Karndean, Invictus) carry a 15% cancellation fee once processed with the manufacturer, even if they have not yet dispatched.
4. Product Warranties
All product warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and are governed entirely by the manufacturer's own terms, conditions, and claims process. Flooring Monster does not provide, underwrite, or honour any warranties on the products we sell. Any warranty claim must be raised with, assessed by, and resolved by the manufacturer. We are happy to share the manufacturer's published warranty documentation on request, but we have no authority to approve, reject, or settle warranty claims on their behalf.
Legal & Statutory Disclosures
By placing an order on Flooring Monster, you agree to these Terms of Service. All contracts are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or adjust pricing in the event of clear technical errors or stock discrepancies.
We are not liable for any financial losses, lost wages, or secondary damages caused by courier delays, manufacturer backorders, or transit damages. We strongly advise against booking professional tradesmen or installers until all materials have been delivered to your site, unpacked, and thoroughly inspected.
Any promotional codes, discount codes, or special offers are subject to their respective terms and conditions and cannot be combined with other offers. Wholesale or trade pricing is subject to independent contract terms and is not governed by standard consumer return guidelines.
