Please note: All delivery timeframes are approximate. We strongly recommend you do not hire professional fitters, carpenters, or joiners until your flooring has been fully delivered on-site and thoroughly checked for transit damages.

On all orders above £650. For orders under £650, standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £39.99 UK-wide.
*Some non-mainland or rural postcodes may incur a carrier surcharge.
3 – 6 Days
Standard delivery for in-stock products takes approximately 3 to 6 working days from dispatch, with roughly 1 working day for order processing. You'll receive an email with full tracking the moment your pallet leaves our warehouse.
Special Order Logistics
Premium products from manufacturers such as Amtico, Karndean, and Invictus are special-ordered directly from the suppliers on your behalf. These follow our standard 3 to 6 working day timeline to arrive at our warehouse, but may take longer depending on supplier stock levels. The moment we receive your special-ordered flooring, we dispatch it on a premium next-day service.
Essential Pallet Delivery Terms
Kerbside delivery only
All deliveries are handled by specialised third-party pallet networks and are delivered strictly kerbside. The driver is not obligated or insured to carry heavy flooring boxes inside your property.
No customer collections
To maintain strict warehouse safety standards and logistics efficiency, we don't offer customer collection. All orders are delivered via our designated transport network.
Re-delivery fees
If no one is present to accept the delivery during your scheduled window, a standard £30 re-delivery fee will be charged by the carrier to reschedule.
Checking for damages
You are responsible for checking products for damage on arrival. Note any damage on the driver's delivery slip and email support@flooringmonster.com within 48 hours with photos.
Legal & Statutory Disclosures
We take every care to ensure your order is delivered in good condition. However, you are responsible for checking the products for damage upon delivery. If the goods are damaged, mention it to the driver when signing for the delivery. We do not accept responsibility for replacing any products that have not been declared damaged upon delivery.
Since deliveries are undertaken by a third party, Flooring Monster is not liable for any property damage which may occur. Property type includes, but is not limited to, pathways, driveways, garages, verges, and flower beds. In the rare instance that such damage does occur, get in touch with us as soon as possible and we'll provide the courier's details where a complaint needs to be raised.
We are not liable for expenses that you may incur due to late delivery of the products, including reimbursing any costs incurred by hiring service providers such as carpenters, fitters, and joiners. We strongly recommend hiring tradesmen only after the products are delivered on site.
You will receive no guarantee from us that the product you ordered will be delivered in a single shipment. We may need to receive products from multiple warehouses in some cases - your complete order will still reach you on the specified day.
Once products are in your possession, they become your responsibility unless you return them to us. We are not liable for any potential loss or damage of items once they are delivered and accepted.
