Traditional Oak is part of Amtico's Spacia collection - the range we sell the most of, and the most accessible way into genuine Amtico build quality. This Stripwood measures 102 x 914mm and is a glue-down LVT tile with a 0.55mm wear layer, Quantum Guard Elite urethane coating, micro-bevelled edges, and a 25-year residential warranty.
Spacia is 100% waterproof, rated Class DS/R10 for slip resistance with a 36+ wet pendulum value, and protected by an Addmaster antimicrobial additive tested to better than 99.9% reduction against MRSA and E. coli within 24 hours. It's certified IAC Gold, French A+ and M1 for indoor air quality, manufactured with ortho-phthalate-free plasticisers, and available in an Amtico Bio-Attributed option for customers who want a lower-impact material. It's also worth knowing that Spacia has the best thermal-transfer performance of Amtico's three glue-down ranges, so it pairs particularly well with underfloor heating.
