Sun Washed Oak is part of Amtico's First collection - the most accessible way to get genuine, Coventry-manufactured Amtico LVT. This Parquet measures 102 x 457mm and is supplied as a glue-down LVT tile with a 0.3mm wear layer, a Quantum Guard urethane coating, and a 15-year residential warranty.

First is 100% waterproof, rated Class DS/R10 with a wet pendulum value over 36 for slip resistance, and manufactured with an Addmaster antimicrobial additive tested against MRSA and E. coli. It's certified IAC Gold, French A+ and M1 for indoor air quality, and made with ortho-phthalate-free and bio-based plasticisers as standard. It also has the lowest thermal resistance of any Amtico collection sold here, so it's a genuinely efficient choice over underfloor heating despite being the entry-level range.
