Holland Park Parquet Heritage Oak 2008 is a rich, warm mid-brown with characterful knotting and the reddish undertone of aged oak, supplied as parquet blocks. This is the most traditional combination in the range — warm oak in a herringbone pattern is the classic English parquet floor, and it belongs in period properties, hallways and dining rooms.
Commercial-grade where it counts
The 0.55mm wear layer is what separates this from budget vinyl. It is the same thickness specified in shops, offices and restaurants, and Holland Park is rated for heavy commercial use. A PUR double coating resists scratches, scuffs and staining, so there is no polishing and no sealing — a sweep and a damp mop is the entire maintenance routine.
Backed by a 20-year residential and 15-year commercial warranty.
Mix plank and herringbone
Heritage Oak 2008 is the same decor as Holland Park Classical 1008, so plank and herringbone can be mixed across a property in a perfectly matched tone.
Where it works
Fully bonded and completely waterproof, it suits kitchens, hallways, living rooms and bathrooms alike. Compatible with underfloor heating, R9 slip rating for normal domestic and commercial traffic. Mid-brown tones with visible grain are also the most practical of all — they hide dust, footmarks and pet hair better than either very light or very dark floors.

Installation
Parquet is more demanding to fit than plank — the pattern has to be set out accurately from the centre of the room, and a small error at the start compounds across the floor. It needs a smooth, dry, level subfloor and a suitable LVT adhesive. We strongly recommend a professional fitter for herringbone.
Sold by the pack — a pack covers 3.763m². Herringbone generates more offcuts than plank, so allow around 15% for waste rather than the usual 10%.
Delivery
Free pallet delivery on orders over £650, otherwise £39.99. Typically 3–7 working days.
