Holland Park Classical Bare Oak 1010 is a pale greige-sand with the look of raw, untreated timber — the unfinished-oak aesthetic that has become the default in contemporary interiors. It is soft and light without tipping into grey, which makes it easier to furnish around than a true whitewash.
Bare Oak is one of three newer additions to the range, alongside Honey Oak and Country Oak.
Commercial-grade where it counts
The 0.55mm wear layer is what separates this from budget vinyl. It is the same thickness specified in shops, offices and restaurants, and Holland Park is rated for heavy commercial use — so in a home it is comfortably over-engineered. A PUR double coating sits over the top, resisting scratches, scuffs and staining. There is no polishing and no sealing: a sweep and a damp mop is the entire maintenance routine.
Backed by a 20-year residential and 15-year commercial warranty.
Where it works
Everywhere. Fully bonded to the subfloor and completely waterproof, it handles kitchens, hallways, utility rooms and bathrooms as easily as living rooms and bedrooms. It is compatible with underfloor heating, and the R9 slip rating suits normal domestic and commercial traffic.
A practical advantage over real untreated oak: none of the sealing, oiling or staining worries. The raw look is printed and protected under a 0.55mm wear layer, so it stays exactly as it arrives.

Installation
Holland Park is a glue-down floor, which means it needs a smooth, dry and level subfloor and a suitable LVT adhesive. Glue-down is the more stable of the two installation methods and the one we recommend for high-traffic and commercial spaces. We would suggest a professional fitter.
Sold by the pack — a pack covers 3.89m². Order the area you need plus around 10% for cuts and waste.
Delivery
Free pallet delivery on orders over £650, otherwise £39.99. Typically 3–7 working days.
